Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time through your member portal. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
What's a Copper pass?+
A one-time $50 ticket for a specific event night. Entry for 1, no re-entry, no guest allowance.
How do guests work?+
Your QR is scanned once at the door. You tell staff how many guests you brought tonight (up to your tier's max). They enter with you — no separate passes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Age requirement?+
21+. Valid government-issued photo ID required at the door. Members are responsible for ensuring all guests meet the age requirement.
